I had a very good experience with this hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and overall experience was great.
I booked a room for post op and everyone was so kind to us! Dara was especially helpful with check in and creating the reservation. The room was clean and quiet, and had a little kitchen to work with! The fridge is plenty big, we stored our meals in there and some of my ice packs in the freezer part! The breakfast bar was SO good, little muffin sandwiches, waffles, bagels, eggs, cereal, and yogurt! There’s an indoor outdoor pool, too!
Great rooms! Clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and accommodating. Due to the circumstances of my stay, I was not able to partake of the breakfast. My daughter however did and informed me that it was great. Check in and check out were easy and not complicated. Thank you for a comfortable stay.
Checking out Life University and needed a place to stay. Rooms were nice. I liked the giant curtain we could close, separating the 2 queen beds so we could have our privacy. Make sure you book room online & not at the hotel. Much cheaper using a travel website. Breakfast was good.
Dara, at the front desk, went above and beyond several times during my stay!!! Rooms are very clean and the food was decent. Highly recommend Home2 Suites.

The front desk staff “AMAZING” made me feel welcomed daily anything I needed they had my back their. Are three specific that were wonderful who went out their way with being of the clock that personally stopped and helped me out Chris, Yonas,and John! AMAZING THANK YOU. Yuliza went above and beyond in resolving an issue with my nightly charges. She followed up thoroughly, communicated clearly, and made sure every concern I had was fully resolved to my satisfaction. She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. John was also consistently helpful and professional throughout my stay, contributing to an overall excellent experience. Because of their dedication and attention to detail, my stay was smooth, stress-free, and exactly what customer service should look like.
